Granted, not all men are totally naked, but it's not unusual for men to be naked in the changing rooms, showers, etc. Commercial gyms and spas mostly have curtained off showers. Mostly they shower at home. Usually the only naked women are hippies. I remember seeing one in high school but nobody ever used it.
